A fee for costume hire will be invoiced separately prior to each eisteddfod.

Prices are per 10 week term. For shorter terms prices will be adjusted accordingly

All classes are enrolled in per term.

Alterations to enrolment forms are required in writing.

No refund policy for fees. Term fees must be paid in full per term, regardless of missed lessons.

Private lesson will only be caught up if notice is given at least 1 day prior that the lesson will be missed.

With regards to extra payments - i.e. Exam holiday school held in July or costume hire, a note will be issued along with payment advice - please abide by payment instructions.

If no payment has been received by week 4, students must cease classes and late fees of $10 per week are applicable.
